Target audience: 18+ women and men because these are the people that stories like these affect more as these are the people that are more interested in the politics and the judges are the people that the country rely on to put people who have committed crimes into prison to pay for what they have done. By seeing this decision that has been made by the judges that hardly anybody will agree with due to the fact that this drug dealer has been let out of jail and the fact that it says the police are also furious emphasises the fact that this decision is what the minority want not the majority.
